BMW officially released information and about the latest M6. The new M6 is based on the BMW 6-Series concept with 7-Speed M-DCT gearbox, V8 TwinTurbo engine and also with some other features and technologies of BMW M5. External parts of the M6 coupe are made with weight saving metals, making it 20 kg lighter than M5. This car can perform acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h with M Sport Package. Though the design style is similar to all recent M models, M6 has got a newly designed M kidney grill at the front with "M6" badge on it.
